It’s a great way for agents to view/report on their referrals which may even be accessed from their smart phone!  Agents will have access to a limited number of reports that include only their own referrals, plus they can SUBMIT new records for Outgoing referrals.  And, agents will view ONLY those Notes that you have designated as ‘Public’.

You can also add a link to your email signature that allows email recipients to click the link, fill out the form and SUBMIT.  Bingo!  The lead/referral is instantly in your Import table!

Not only is this a great way to receive leads, but the page is smart enough to automatically adjust for use with smart phones.  So anyone and everyone can easily submit leads to you.

Today we announce another improvement for the Referral Submit Form.  It’s available in Spanish!  Open the same form you’ve been using and you’ll notice at the top-left of the page there is a droplist labeled “Language”.  The default is English, but you can select Español and the page is instantly changed to the Spanish language equivalent.

The Referral Submit Form is an online form that may be accessed easily from many sources.  For example, many people add a link somewhere on their website for agents to click.  When clicked the form opens on the Internet, the agent fills it out, clicks SUBMIT and the record is instantly inserted into their database’s Import table.

Others add a link to their email signature so that when others want to provide a referral they just click the link, fill out the form and SUBMIT.  Or, within Relocation Specialist you can email the form that contains the link.  The agent opens the email, clicks the link, completes the form and SUBMITs.

It’s fast, simple and a great way to generate more referrals!

The link you’ll add is: http://rs.prosws.com/RELOSPEC/SQL/ReferralSubmit.asp?Company=DATABASENAME where “DATABASENAME” is the name of your Relocation Specialist database ID.  (It is found on the Referrals List page under the heading “Referrals List”.)  Each link will have two parts; the part that opens the page which is shown above, and the part the agent sees which could be whatever you want such as “Click here to provide a Referral”.

If you want to try it, click the FORMS link on the Referrals List page, browse to ‘Referral Submit Form’, click the link on the form, fill out the Internet page that opens and click SUBMIT.  Close the forms, return to the Referrals List page, click the IMPORT link on the left side or the IMPORT TABLE link in the ‘At A Glance…’ box in the upper-left of the page.  The Import page opens and displays the record.  Click the ‘CLICK HERE’ link in the top box under the grid to move the record from the Import table to the Referrals table.

Not only is this a quick way to get the email out, but Relocation Specialist also automatically COPIES it into the NOTES for that record!  What could be easier?

How did it get better?  Now you can create your own personalized EMAIL SIGNATURE that automatically gets added to your outgoing emails!  Your signature may be as simple as a few lines, or include pictures, links to your website or even a link to an online form for others to submit leads to you!  (This Referral Submit feature to be announced soon!)

Your custom Email Signature is automatically added to any of the 4 ‘Email To…’ FORMS as well as to any of the 25 ‘Custom Letter to…’ FORMS.  To create your own Email Signature, from the Main Menu page, click ‘Utility Settings’, ‘Users’, select your name by clicking the pencil and make your entry in the Signature field.

The Email Signature field uses HTML code to produce your entry in outgoing emails.   To see how to create your Email Signature be sure to click the ‘View Samples’ button to see four different versions.  You can select from very simple to complex, or create your own!

First, the ‘Advanced’ reports continue to grow in popularity.  If you’re not familiar with them, do yourself a favor and check them out.  Click the REPORTS link in the Referrals List page, then click the ‘Advanced’ radio button.  The Advanced reports will be listed for you.  With all Advanced reports you may view, print, download to Excel or Word or view/save as a PDF file.  All with great formatting and accuracy!

Second, we are adding Preview Samples to all Advanced reports.  When you click the REPORTS link you’ll now be able to get a sample of what the report includes and what it will look like when saved/printed.  You may browse, click the link to ‘See full sample’ or even click the ‘Add to favorites’ link and add the report(s) to your company’s list of favorite reports.

Third, we’re asking you to check out the latest reports that may provide just the details you need.  They are:

• Scorecards – Agent  (all details needed to evaluate agent’s performance)
• Scorecards – Agent 5  (14 reports shown in a 1-page summary for an agent)
• Scorecards – Office  (details needed to evaluate office(s) performance)

When the Referral Submit Form is opened using an iPhone or other smart device the Form detects the device and displays a more compact version which is ideal for the smart phone.  People using normal PC screens will be shown the standard input form.  Either way, once the form is submitted the  record is inserted into your Import table.  The ‘smarter’ Referral Submit Form is a free upgrade for those using the standard form.

Some of our customers add a link at the bottom of their outgoing emails that when clicked opens the Form.  Others have a link on their company website for agents to access anytime.  Click here to see a sample Referral Submit Form.  It will insert your record into the DEMO database.
