Access to software will be interrupted during transition period
Beginning at noon Central time this Friday, May 28th we are planning to begin the move of the Relocation Specialist application to newer, faster servers. The scheduled transition period is from Noon (Central time) on Friday the 28th until Noon on Saturday the 29th. Your access to the software will be interrupted during the transition period. This move involves all application pages and databases, and is a free upgrade for all Relocation Specialist users.
If you must have access to your Relocation Specialist database during the transition period, you must let us know before Thursday, May 27th, so that your specific database move may be scheduled. Once the transition is complete, you’ll go to the same web address and login using the same ID/Password you currently use.
Records that are being imported/inserted into your database will be re-directed to the new server. All features of the software will work the same.
We appreciate your patience during this comprehensive transition and look forward to providing an improved working experience with the new equipment.

Coldwell Banker United in Austin, TX will need access to Relo Spec during the transition for our USAA referrals. Please let me know if you need anything else from us to make this happen.
