New Training Seminars Available

There are two very important 30-minute Training Seminars that are suggested for all ReloSpec users.  The seminars will be held on Monday, July 20th, then repeated on Monday, July 27th.

The first seminar is on the use of the new “AP” button that was added recently to the Client List grid.  The new button allows the user to instantly apply the Action Plan that corresponds to the record’s Referral Type and the Referral Status.  The seminar will include instruction on how to quickly add the updated standard Action Plans to your own database as well as how to use this time-saving feature.

The second seminar focuses on the SEND button.  This button is used to instantly insert a copy of the selected record into the Import table of another ReloSpec broker.  A major announcement related to the SEND button will be made on Tuesday, July 21st.  Watch for the blog on that date!

To register for any of the seminars click this link and select the seminar(s) you want to attend.  All ReloSpec seminars are free.

Friday Update; more Color Codes and Action Plans

This past week, ReloSpec was further enhanced with the following items:

Color Codes added to the Responses page.  Some time ago we expanded the number of available Color Codes for the Client List page, and now we have expanded use of the Color Codes to the Responses page.  Now whatever colors are selected (if any) in the Client List page will now be reflected on the Responses page.

Here is the description of Action Plans we used in the previous Friday Update:

[Action Plans] assign pre-recorded tasks quickly to your referral, and free up hours of your time. For example, let’s say each time you add a new ‘In-Buy’ there are certain tasks you commonly do such as send the AutoAssign form to the agent and schedule your update requests. As soon as ReloSpec sees you have added the new ‘In-Buy’ record it will prompt you to ask if you want to add the tasks from the Action Plan. Click YES and it’s done automatically.

Today we’re adding two new standard Action Plans for you to use.  They are ‘Out-Buy / Active’ and ‘Out-List / Active’.  Clicking the ‘Add Sample Action Plans’ in the Settings page will add these two new ones to your Action Plans table making them available for use under those specific situations (ie. Type = “Out-Buy” and Status = “Active”).  Clicking the button will not duplicate what is already there.  When you click the button ReloSpec checks to see if you already have the Action Plan and if you do it skips to the next one.  If you don’t it will add it.  Action to take: From the Main Menu, click Settings, click ‘Add Sample Action Plans’

Update on ReloSpec

It has taken longer than expected for the Relocation Specialist server issue to be resolved.  Our technicians are working to restore the service and we expect to have it available soon.

We know how difficult it is to be waiting for the application and appreciate your patience and understanding.  We will send another blog to let you know when ReloSpec is available again.

Slow Response Times This Morning

The Relocation Specialist servers are experiencing slow response times this morning.  We have identified the problem and are taking steps as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.

You may continue trying to login and use the software though response times may be slow.

Another blog will be sent when the issue has been resolved.  Thank you for your patience as we work through the issue.

We Want Your Input!

The Relocation Specialist Advisory Councils will be meeting in the next few weeks, and we want your input.  The councils meet a few times a year to discuss ways to improve the Relocation Specialist software.  Though the members are the ones who will be discussing the agenda items at the meetings, we want to know what you think.  Most of the valuable software features have come as a result of the software users making suggestions.

Please let a member of the ReloSpec Team know your suggestions.  We are eager to continue improving this great software!

And, if you would be interested in serving on one of the Advisory Councils, let us know.  We meet 3-4 times per year during a telephone conference call that lasts about an hour.  There are typically 2-3 emails prior to and just after the meetings to review agendas and follow-up on meeting notes.  Let us know if you would like to join the Advisory Council.
