The Relocation Specialist Advisory Councils will be meeting in the next few weeks, and we want your input. The councils meet a few times a year to discuss ways to improve the Relocation Specialist software. Though the members are the ones who will be discussing the agenda items at the meetings, we want to know what you think. Most of the valuable software features have come as a result of the software users making suggestions.
Please let a member of the ReloSpec Team know your suggestions. We are eager to continue improving this great software!
And, if you would be interested in serving on one of the Advisory Councils, let us know. We meet 3-4 times per year during a telephone conference call that lasts about an hour. There are typically 2-3 emails prior to and just after the meetings to review agendas and follow-up on meeting notes. Let us know if you would like to join the Advisory Council.

One improvement that could be made: When I’m on the closing page and enter an estimated sales price and estimated closing date, the screen pops up asking me if I want to change it to “pending”. This is fine, but I should be able to just hit enter, and not have to use mouse to point at radio button. Then it typically asks me again whether to keep it as pending. Only one screen/time would be preferred. If I’m doing something wrong, please let me know.
I would also LOVE a field for zip code so we could use that as a sort/search criteria.

I would like to be able to email the manager/consultant that entered the lead so notes are added that I have requested a task to be done from that manager/consultant (aka the data entry admin)

Similar to quick notes, or emailing the assigned agent or the referring agent or the contact, Gaydell would like to be able to email the MGR/CON (the person who entered the referral) and have it show up in the notes as being done.

I’d like to see more fields on the competitor menu. This would include BPO Suggested List Price and BPO Probable Sales price along with a comment/notes section. The Comment/Notes section could be used to indicate if the transferee listed with a competing agent because of a prior real estate relationship, friend reference, etc. Thank you!

Just today, 12/1/14, the grid (the lines that separate each entry & each individual note) has disappeared from the main screen. This makes it very difficult to read notes & look at your files. We all want the lines back.
