Referral Submit Form automatically adjusts for iPhone

The optional Referral Submit Form has long been a favorite for allowing agents/contacts to use an on-line form to submit leads right into your Relocation Specialist database.  Now, the Form is even smarter!

When the Referral Submit Form is opened using an iPhone or other smart device the Form detects the device and displays a more compact version which is ideal for the smart phone.  People using normal PC screens will be shown the standard input form.  Either way, once the form is submitted the  record is inserted into your Import table.  The ‘smarter’ Referral Submit Form is a free upgrade for those using the standard form.

Some of our customers add a link at the bottom of their outgoing emails that when clicked opens the Form.  Others have a link on their company website for agents to access anytime.  Click here to see a sample Referral Submit Form.  It will insert your record into the DEMO database.

QuickNote is even BETTER!

QuickNote is even BETTER!

As you know by now the new QuickNote feature in the Referrals List page is a hit!  Many have commented on how helpful it is.  Now it is even better!

Now when you click the “N” for the record in the Referrals List grid, the QuickNote page opens and allows you to edit the DATE field if needed (it defaults to current date/time), an there is a new SUBJECT field where if you want to add a Subject you may!

Many are using the “N” QuickNote to Copy/Paste portions of emails they receive knowing that ReloSpec will automatically insert the HTML special characters to keep your message formatted properly and easier to read.

“N” is for Notes

“N” is for Notes. But, not just your ordinary Notes! In the Color Code column of the Referrals List grid there is now a capital letter “N”. When you click the “N” a new page opens and allows you to quickly add a new note.

But wait. This new page has a bonus! In addition to being able to add a quick note, this page is also designed to automatically format your emails! Let’s say you have received an email regarding a client or property and you want that email in the Notes table. Just COPY the part of the email you want, click the “N” for the Referrals table record, PASTE the email and click the button to ‘Save To NOTES’.

Not only is the email saved in the Notes table but the extra formatting to keep the paragraphs from running altogether is added automatically!

New report: Activity Summary Compares 2 Years!

There is a new Advanced report that compares any date range for selected offices and compares the same date range for the same offices one year earlier in the same report.

From the REPORTS page, browse to the ‘Activity by Office – Condensed 2 Year’ (Advanced) report, enter your desired date range, select the Office(s) and click VIEW REPORT. It’s that simple!

Add the ‘Referral Source’ to your records

Want a separate field for keeping track of the Referral Source such as “Website”, “Network” or any other choice? From the Utility Settings page you can add the selections you want to use, then after clicking the pencil in the Referrals List page you can make your choice.

To find the records having a certain Referral Source, click SEARCH, select your choice from the Referral Source droplist and APPLY FILTER.

URGENT Responses Now Available

One of the great things about the Relocation Specialist software is the ability for have the system send regular update requests to agents and have them respond.  Their responses go right into the Responses table where you can review them, the “process” them into the Notes table for each record.

Sometimes the agent may be providing a response that requires your immediate attention.  Now, when the agent clicks the link in the email to open the page and enter the Comments, the agent can mark the response “Urgent” by checking the box just above the SUBMIT button. 

When the response is viewed in the Responses page, all “Urgent” responses will be at the top of the page with the first two fields highlighted in yellow.  That way your attention will be drawn to the most important responses first. 

This is a free upgrade for all ReloSpec users.  Enjoy!

You can now turn on and off notes and images

Option to Turn On or Turn Off Notes and Images displays
 
You now have the option to ‘Turn On’ or ‘Turn Off’ the Notes display at the bottom of the Referrals List page.  The default setting is to have the option ‘On’.  In the past the Notes for a given record were always displayed at the bottom of the page.  You can turn off this display by going to the Utility Settings, Users, select the User Name, click UPDATE, make your selection(s) and click UPDATE CURRENT RECORD.
 
For those using the Images (or Large Images) option, you have the new feature of being able to also display the list of Images at the bottom of the page!  The default setting for this option is ‘No’.  You may change the option to ‘Yes’ by going to the Utility Settings page, Users, select the User Name, click UPDATE, make your selection(s) and click UPDATE CURRENT RECORD. 
 
With the setting at ‘Yes’ you’ll be able to instantly view the Images associated with the Referrals table record, plus be able to click the link and view the Image online!
