How do I reset my Internet Browser Settings to DEFAULT?

If a particular feature suddenly stops working, or works on another users PC, but not yours…..odds are your browser was either updated, or automatically updated.  Often these changes can prohibit ReloSpec from operating correctly.  In this case we suggest resetting your browser to DEFAULT settings:

While in ReloSpec, click on the menu bar at the top:  Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, reset to Default settings. 

Close browser, open and start over.

Why are my AutoPilots not in the AutoPilot folder?

If your Tickler Report(which you should run each and every morning) says you have AutoPilot items waiting to go out, then they should be in the AutoPilot Folder.

 

If they are not in the AP folder when you open the link please go to that file and click on the ToDo link.  If there is a BLUE check mark in the completed column then that item was sent out.

 

If you did not send the item out then another User in your department did.  Make sure all Users understand how to FILTER for their own information.

 

If an AutoPilot that you THINK should be there, is not, then it is best to go back to the ToDo list for that file and trouble-shoot from that point.  Is the start date correct?  Is the item marked to repeat?  Is the item marked completed?  Look at each field and try to identify where the error may be located.

How do I delete a Tickler item, or multiple items?

Open your Tickler page by clicking on the Tickler link on the left-hand side of your main referral pageTo Delete One Specific Tickler item

  • Select that Tickler item
  • Click the RED DELETE button at the top of the page
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete Current Record button

 

To delete multiple records

Open you Tickler page by clicking on the Tickler link on the left-hand side of your main referral page

  • Click the RED DELETE MULTIPLE button located at the top of the page
  • Enter the parameters you wish for deletion
  • When the records are displayed scroll to the bottom of the page and click the DELETE NOW button

Can I create my own custom form?

Yes.  When you open the Forms link you will see a column titled “Is Body of Letter used?”  Any form with a blue check-mark next to in that column allows you to type your own custom letter to be sent out as that form.

The easiest and quickest way to create a Body of Letter is to follow these steps:

  1. Open the Forms Link
  2. Open the Look Up Body Of Letter link located in the upper-left-hand corner
  3. Click the RED ADD new button
  4. Now type your letter in MS Word
  5. When you are done click Save As and select Web Page
  6. Now open that document and COPY and PASTE the contents into the Body of Letter page
  7. Click the ADD NEW RECORD button at the bottom of the screen

You have created the contents of your custom form.

Now you can set up an ActionPlan or a ToDo that uses that Body Of Letter and send it off to your desired audience.

***Note:  The reason we use MS word is because there is some HTML code involved.  If you do not save the contents into web form 1st and just paste the contents into the Body Of Letter, the letter will not appear as you want it to.

Can we change the LRE Owner once it is saved?

The LREOwner field in Xchange corresponds to the ReloSpec MgrConsultant field.  Updating the field in either db will synchronize with the other.

Why Are My Agents Are Not Getting My Forms?

Do your Agents complain that they are not getting the forms/Update Requests you are sending from ReloSpec?
 
The most obvious solution to this issue is that your Agent is working from a PC that has a firewall running on their server.  All servers need to be set to ACCEPT/ALLOW emails from the following address:   rs.prosws.com

Can I turn off the AutoPilot tasks?

Each time you UPDATE a Referral List record and click ‘Update Current Record’ ReloSpec will check to see if the Referral Status is “Closed” or “Dead” (or a variety of other reserved words), and if so, it will prompt you for whether you want to ‘Delete the future AutoPilots for this record’. 
 
You may select: ‘No’, or ‘Yes’.  The default is ‘No’.  Click ‘Yes’ and you’ll delete all future AutoPilot tasks for that one record.
 
You can also Open any AutoPilot Item in your ToDo Folder for that file and turn it off by marking Complete=True and Repeating=False.

How Do I Send My AutoPilots?

Once ToDo items have been created, each user should be opening the AutoPilot page each day.  The AutoPilot page is a list of ToDo items for all Referrals where the Activity = “AutoPilot”, and the Date field is less than or equal to today’s date, and the Complete field = FALSE. ReloSpec DOES NOT send your AutoPilot items automatically.  Rather you must open the AutoPilot page, use the SEARCH button if needed to filter the list then send the items.

 

Do the following:

  1. From the Referrals List, click the “AutoPilot” link on the left-hand side of the page.  You are now looking at a list of all AutoPilot items that are due to go out that as of today or before.  

  2. If there are AutoPilot items that belong to another user and you do not wish to send them, click the SEARCH button, scroll down to “Who”, select your name, then click “Apply Filter”.  You are now viewing only your AutoPilot items.  

  3. Click the button at the bottom of the page that says ‘Click Here to Send Emails’.

  4. Close the page to return to the Referrals List.
