We have had requests for ability to upload larger sized files than 5Mb, which is our current limit for the Images option so today we are announcing the Large Images Option.

With the Large Images Option, users can upload file sizes of up to 50Mb each and may store up to 30Gb total in their folder. The current Images users can upload files sizes of up to 5Mb each and may store up to 5Gb total.
Customers with the Images option who want to upgrade to the Large Images Option may pay the difference ($500) to do so. The Images User licenses are the same ($20 each) whether they have Images or Large Images.

NEW FEATURE: AutoAssign and AutoAccept (Forms and Action Plans)
Today we are announcing a new feature known as “AutoAssign and AutoAccept”. This new feature combines the use of the ‘AutoAssign’ form with Action Plans that enable you to quickly assign referrals to agents, then have ReloSpec respond automatically when the agent accepts.
For example, let’s say you want to assign a referral to the agent. You send the AutoAssign form to the agent, but don’t want to send all the information about the client until AFTER the agent accepts. You could have an Action Plan named “AutoAssign” and when you select that plan the ‘AutoAssign’ form is emailed to the agent.
The new feature is what happens next. If the agent clicks YES and Submits the AutoAssign form, ReloSpec will look in your Action Plans table and if it finds an Action Plan named “AutoAccept” it will immediately carry out what is listed.
The ‘AutoAccept’ Action Plan could then, for example, send the ‘Incoming Information Sheet’ to the agent and send a letter to the client letting them know who the agent is. All this happens without anyone being logged into ReloSpec!

For all new egrabber users – when coping and pasting an outgoing referral, please make sure that you insert AGENTS OFFICE in the referring agents section so your outgoing reports will be accurate.
For those using the Cartus Broker Center import feature, you’ll be happy to know it has been enhanced. You still can import records from Broker Center simply and easily, but now more fields are being imported and the Referral Type and Referral Status can be updated automatically.

Dear Relocation Specialist Customer,
From 11:00PM Eastern time tonight until 6:00AM tomorrow morning we will be upgrading all SQL Server databases to a newer faster server. This upgrade has been in the planning for many weeks and is being done to improve performance and reliability of the databases using the Relocation Specialist software.
This upgrade involves many hours of planning and thousands of dollars of equipment, which is paid for from your annual Maintenance fees.
During the upgrade period you will not have access to your database(s). We are performing the upgrade during hours when the software is used the least, and hope this will not be an inconvenience for you.
