New Product: Large Images Option

We have had requests for ability to upload larger sized files than 5Mb, which is our current limit for the Images option so today we are announcing the Large Images Option. 

Images Option Images Server License
(One required per database)
(Unlimited number of files at <5Mb each, and less than 5Gb total)		 $300 $80
Large Images Option Large Images Server License
(One required per database)
(Unlimited number of files at <50Mb each, and less than 30Gb total)		 $800 $160
  Images User License
(One required for each Images user)		 $20 $10

With the Large Images Option, users can upload file sizes of up to 50Mb each and may store up to 30Gb total in their folder.  The current Images users can upload files sizes of up to 5Mb each and may store up to 5Gb total.

Customers with the Images option who want to upgrade to the Large Images Option may pay the difference ($500) to do so.  The Images User licenses are the same ($20 each) whether they have Images or Large Images.

TGIF ReloSpec Friends!  I hope you have some fun, relaxing plans on the books for the next few days!  Let’s kick it off with some fabulous news and a bit of fun!

In our best attempt to keep you educated on the always improving and evolving Relocation Specialist Product we have added a new feature this week!  When you login to your database you will now notice your homepage has a bright YELLOW light-bulb under the word “referrals”!!!  Didn’t notice?  Time to take a better look!

This is our new “DID YOU KNOW…” section!  Each day of the month we will post a reminder on how to use a function in our system, or a tip on how to zip around ReloSpec as efficiently as possible!

This FANTASTIC idea came from a few of you at a recent conference!  We love our Customers and we love that you help make our product the best in the Industry!

We also know we don’t KNOW it all!  So now let’s play to win!  Submit your “Did You Know…” tips to me, Jennifer@prosws.com, and if yours is selected to be used, you will be entered to win a $50 gift-card to Amazon.com!  $50 for sending me a little piece of advice…not too bad!

Adding and Removing Users

Adding a New User:

In order to add a new user you must have an open license.  If you are deleting/removing a user you now have an open license.  The other option is to purchase a new license by contacting Jennifer@prosws.com

  1. To ADD your new user simply go to the Utility Settings/Users/Red Add New Button
  2. Once you have ADDED the new user please scroll to the bottom of the page and make sure there is no “Yellow Error Box” telling you that username is already in use
  3. We will receive the notification that you have added a New User at which time we can enable this User’s access

Removing a User:

  1. Anytime an employee departs you must notify us.
  2. By Deleting the User’s information you are NOT disabling their access.  We must turn off their access on our end!!!
  3. If you want to simply change their password you do not need to contact us.  Please go to Utility Settings/Users/Red Update Button and enter a new password.
  4. Once you have transferred files from the past User you can delete that User’s profile.
