Our Relocation Specialist customers are the best in the world, and we want to say ‘Thank You’.  So, on Friday, May 11th, we’re going to draw one name from among our customers to win the new iPad with the stunning Retina display!  The winning name will be drawn from among all who are registered on our ReloSpec411 blog, plus those additional names as described below.  (If you’re receiving this, you’re already registered for the drawing.)

Want to increase your chances?  Doing any of the following will add your name a second time.  If there is more than one in your office using ReloSpec, all team members’ names will be added provided they are registered on the blog.  So what do you do to increase your chances?

Purchase additional ReloSpec licenses – Between now and May 10, 2012 buy at least one (1) additional ReloSpec license at a reduced cost and add your name(s) an additional time to the drawing.  2nd or 3rd ReloSpec license, normally $500 each are now $250.  Additional licenses after three, normally $200 are just $100.  Special pricing expires May 10, 2012.

Purchase the Images Option – Between now and May 10, 2012 buy the Images option at a reduced cost and add your name(s) an additional time to the drawing.  Normally $300 setup plus $20/license, the Image option is now $200 setup plus $10/license.  Special pricing expires May 10, 2012.

Do a Free 30-day Trial of the Internet Leads or Business Rules Options – Between now and May 10, 2012 begin a 30-day trial of either option, and have your name(s) added to the drawing.  The Internet Leads option allows you to quickly COPY/PASTE leads from Cartus Broker Center database, as well as leads from Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillo.  It is easy and fast!  The Business Rules option is like adding a special assistant that performs ReloSpec tasks automatically.  It will send your AutoPilots for you, or run reports and email them without you even logging in!  And, much more!  See the product description for Business Rules here.

Did you know? Play to win!

TGIF ReloSpec Friends!  I hope you have some fun, relaxing plans on the books for the next few days!  Let’s kick it off with some fabulous news and a bit of fun!

In our best attempt to keep you educated on the always improving and evolving Relocation Specialist Product we have added a new feature this week!  When you login to your database you will now notice your homepage has a bright YELLOW light-bulb under the word “referrals”!!!  Didn’t notice?  Time to take a better look!

This is our new “DID YOU KNOW…” section!  Each day of the month we will post a reminder on how to use a function in our system, or a tip on how to zip around ReloSpec as efficiently as possible!

This FANTASTIC idea came from a few of you at a recent conference!  We love our Customers and we love that you help make our product the best in the Industry!

We also know we don’t KNOW it all!  So now let’s play to win!  Submit your “Did You Know…” tips to me, Jennifer@prosws.com, and if yours is selected to be used, you will be entered to win a $50 gift-card to Amazon.com!  $50 for sending me a little piece of advice…not too bad!

Update your Info, win free stuff!

Would you like to do business with other Brokers who are using Relocation Specialist? 

We have designed our Software to make working with other Relocation Specialist users EASY!

The only problem is YOU the USERS have to make sure the rest of the “ReloSpec Community” can find you!

If you want to know what Brokers, in what cities and states are using Relocation Specialist please:

  • Login to Relocation Specialist
  • Click Utility Settings
  • In the 2nd column, 2nd link from the bottom you will see “Broker’s Using ReloSpec”
  • Click the link

 

Here you can search through all of our users!  Only problem is you, THE USER, has to be ok being found!

We can’t imagine you wouldn’t want the business, yet many of you have not updated your Broker information, or Relocation Counselor’s information.

If you could log in and:

  • Verify existing information
  • Add any NEW information needed
  • And DELETE any outdated users/information

That would be a HUGE help in allowing others in the “ReloSpec Community” to find you!

The first 10 Users to do this will get $25 Starbuck gift cards, and the first 50 will be entered into a Drawing for Lunch On Relocation Specialist!

click the number next to YOUR Database and click UPDATE

If you even open and review your info it will count!  Our software will tell us who does this and when, and we will announce the winners when we get to 50!

Also please PLEASE feel free to delete any outdated information/users that may be in the database.

Rainy Days & Monday’s

Rainy Day’s & Monday’s USUALLY get me down!  I am sitting here in beautiful Seattle, Washington and it is raining, and it is Monday, but I am in a pretty wonderful mood!  Partly because it was 70 plus all weekend, but more so because I love my job, so enjoy working with all of you and I ADORE FREE THINGS, so being able to give them away is pretty fun!  (Thanks Jim for nodding yes over the phone-I sure hope he said yes!)

Seriously, we will be making an announcement on THURSDAY that is so BIG, so HUGE, so CRAZY that I am 100% sure Jim has lost his mind, and though I think my job is to be a voice of reason when he does this…well, given these rough economic times I had to say “Let’s do it!”

So stay-tuned for Thursday, May 20th!!!! (BIG I am telling you, HUGE!)
