New Feature, Link Straight to Action Plans

There is now a new link below ‘To Do’ on the Referrals List page labeled ‘Action Plans’

That link will take you DIRECTLY to the Action Plans page and allows you to assign Action Plan Items without stopping at the To Do page first!

This was a suggestion from one of our users and we LOVED IT!  Keep the good ideas coming!

Cheers,

The Relocation Specialist Team

Quick Email to Agent? Popular forms gets even better!

The Email To Agent form has been a popular way to get a quick email to the agent from Relocation Specialist since not only does the email automatically populate the email address for the agent, but after sending the email, the contents are inserted into the Notes table for that record.

Now, the Subject field defaults to the ‘Client First Name’ and ‘Client Last Name’ (ie. “RE: John Jones”).  So, now when sending that quick email you won’t need to type the client name into the Subject line.  The same is true for the ‘Email To Contact’ and the ‘Email to Referring Agent’ forms.

A change when you delete or close out a file

When you close, dead-out, or change a file to pending you will now be given the following choices:

1. No, don’t delete anything
2. Yes, delete ONLY the AutoPilot items
3. Yes, delete all unfinished ToDo items for the record

Before we used to delete ONLY the AutoPilot items. Now, the user can delete unfinished AutoPilot items and other unfinished ToDo items like Meetings, Phone Calls, etc.

Thank you,
The ReloSpec Team

Is ReloSpec logging you OUT?

There is a feature that helps keep Relocation Specialist users in compliance with the license agreement which allows only one user at a time to use an ID/Password. When more than one person uses the same ID/Password at the same time, the first user will get the following message:

“Someone else just logged in using your ID and Password.
To avoid violating your License Agreement, you will now be logged out.
If you need additional Relocation Specialist licenses, call 402/426-9542 or Email:
info@prosws.com“.

If you’re getting the message, it means that someone else has logged in using your ID/Password. We suggest you identify who in your office is also using your ID/Password. If that cannot be determined, then, once you’re logged in, click ‘Utility Settings’, ‘Users’, select your name, click UPDATE, change your Password and click UPDATE CURRENT RECORD.

New “Re-Send” button added to the Tickler page

A new button has been added to the Relocation Specialist Ticker page that allows the user to quickly re-send an update request to an agent

Now, when viewing the Tickler page, each record where the Activity = “Response” (meaning you are waiting for a response from the agent) there is a “Re-Send” button.

Clicking the button will add the record to the AutoPilot page and allow you to re-send the update request or whatever form was sent originally.

Using the Re-Send button is a good way to re-send the request when the agent takes longer than expected to respond.

NEW: Radio Buttons on Import page

NEW:  Radio Buttons on Import page

There are now two ways of testing records in the Import table for duplicates.  When you first open the page it will do a First Name + Last Name check and display possible duplicates.  A radio button on the page allows you to do a more in-depth search that compares Names, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses.  This second option will take longer to display the results, but may find duplicates not caught by the first search performed when you opened the page.

Now you have a choice while searching for possible duplicate records.

A TIP: Date Range when SEARCHing Referrals

When doing a SEARCH in the Referrals List page, users may now enter a Date Range.

Let’s say you want all records where the Transaction Address includes “Elm Street” but you want only records received between certain dates.  Now using the ‘Date Range’ link on the SEARCH page you can easily find such records.

Customize Your ReloSpec Look!

In the Relocation Specialist software there are now 9 different themes which may be selected that automatically configure the colors used with the various pages.  Individual users may select a theme that is different from others in the same database.

To select a theme, do the following:

1) From the Main Menu page, click ‘Utility Settings’, ‘Users’.

2) Select the name you want and click the UPDATE button

 3) Click the ‘View Choices’ button in the Color Theme field to see the options

4) In the Color Theme field, make your selection from the drop-list

The newest theme is “Modern” and includes gradient colors throughout the Relocation Specialist application.

We hope you enjoy the choices, and have fun making ReloSpec your own!

My Calendar’s Are Not Working Correctly?

Using Calendars in Relospec

In ReloSpec you have the option of clicking the calendar and picking date on the calendar or actually typing in the date that you want to use.

When using the calendar you must have the program JAVA downloaded on your computer.  Java interacts with many internet programs so that you can view and run the sites better. Many computers come with that program already installed.  If your computer does not have Java installed you can  go to the web site www.java.com and download the free copy of Java.

It is recommended that you keep your java updated and run the latest version of the software.  If you find that your calendar’s were functioning properly but no longer are, please download the latest version of Java.

I’ve changed my Internet Explorer settings and my ReloSpec pop-ups are still blocked. Why?

Though you may have changed the Internet Explorer Pop-up settings, you may still have other software running in your browser window that is blocking your pop-ups.  Common examples of pop-up blocker software are additional toolbars from Yahoo! or from Google.  If you have these additional toolbars, be sure you also have them set to allow pop-ups from “rs.prosws.com”.
